Madeline Walking from Back in March

So proud of our not so little preemies for walking before their adjusted age of 1. I cried my eyes out the night she took her first steps. I kept thinking about when they were in the hospital and we were told she had a brain bleed (which is common in 27 week old preemies, but nonetheless very concerning). They followed and measured and checked on that bleed for three long scary months in the hospital. Jason never doubted everything would be just fine. But there was a short scary time where I wasn't so convinced and I worried and prayed for months. When I saw her walk on her own it made me one very happy and proud mommy. Love that strong and determined little girl!
